— I was tasked to develop an identity system for our internal Scrum teams. We decided that by giving each its own identity we could communicate their individual personality, strengthen teamwork, and promote some friendly competition. My concept was to develop logos that expressed competitive professionalism similar to logos used by pro-Cricket teams. Each team came up with their own name and I used that as a basis for illustrating each team’s anima. By combining subtle anomalies to the illustrations with some offbeat taglines the final designs delivered a fun cyberpunk attitude.
