— Since technology companies have a stake in the reviews of their products we decided to develop an online platform to help them track reviews from submission, through moderation, and finally to publishing. I created user flows in collaboration with our Product team to establish a set of functional requirements to launch an MVP. I then designed the pages, charts, filters, forms, and tables.

— A large waterfall chart showing the number of reviews moving through the moderation process was used as a centering point for users. Companies could then launch review campaigns and manage their own product listed on the platform. Tools like these provided tech companies with added control and made them advocates for the platform. As an MVP this project provided exceptional business value for us and our users.
