— I designed and built this unique site to promote a new Young Adult (“YA”) novel by author Kim White. The design’s focus is an image I created for the book’s cover. It conveys the dark tone of the book’s plot of a young woman thrust into a journey through the underworld.

— Since the book Imperfect Darkness was the first in a planned series I envisioned building an integrated identity system that would be consistent yet flexible enough to incorporate different titles and themes. The book cover, logo, and website were designed to convey the book’s fresh take on the Persephone myth.
