Our goal to change the way enterprise IT software was bought and sold by collecting and publishing customer reviews and ratings. Gartner takes pride in delivering research that is completely unbiased and for this new venture, it was vital that we sustained that trust with clients and vendors. With the help of our Product and executive stakeholders, the product’s homepage was developed to be functional for first-time users and to communicate the advantages of our new offering to the IT community.
